We collect information you supply to us through enquiry forms, when you email us and, (for Members), when you send us your Joining and Questionnaire Form.
We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way, which includes demographic data and browsing patterns, is used only in the aggregate form, and as such cannot be used to identify you.
Use of Personal Information
We process personal information collected from Members about you and your pets in order to :
• Ensure we can give you the best possible service
• Take account of any special needs of you and your pets, including (for example) details of your vet, pet medical information of relevance, and holiday details you provide us with.
• Provide you with relevant information about our services
Your details will not be passed to other companies other than Petcare Providers we are contacting to provide you with a service, in which case we will provide only such details as are relevant to the job they are being approached to do.
Disclosures
We will not pass your information to any third parties unless you have agreed that we can (we can provide this to Petcare Providers we are contacting to provide you with a service).
