Emergency Package
Use our Emergency Package and pay nothing until you need us.
PA 4 Pets time can be used for any of our Petcare Arrangements Services and will be quoted for specific jobs if requested.
The first hour of actual petcare services arranged is included in the price (for services included in our Emergency Pack, listed below). For example, 1 hour of dog-walking or a pet-feeding visit of up to 1 hour. Please note this does not include Vet or medical care or Pet Taxi Services.

*Note – Up to 1 hour of specified Petcare Services are included in the Hourly rate shown above. The additional cost of the petcare arrangements being made after the 1st hour, such as Boarding, Cat Feeding, Pet- sitting, Dog-walking, etc – are payable by the Member and are not included in the prices shown. We can make these payments on behalf of the Member if full payment is provided in advance to us.

Specified Petcare Services included in our Emergency Pack hourly rate include: dog-walking; pet-feeding or visiting (up to 1 hr); ½ day of daycare at Carer’s premises
Petcare arrangements will be discussed and agreed with the Member before any commitments are made.
PA 4 Pets’ time charged in Hourly increments for the Emergency Package.
We reserve the right not to accept certain pets under our service. We will always try our best to meet Member requests and preferences; however we cannot guarantee that petcare services or products requested will be available at suitable times and prices, or for the individual pets concerned. All petcare providers introduced by us also have the right to reject certain pets for personal services, such as dog-walking and their own terms and conditions of service will apply.
